Please see the below spreadsheets if you are interested in finding roommates or finding a place to live for the 2024-2025 school year.
All Grad Students: This spreadsheet is accessible to all graduate students at UVA interested in finding housing/roommates.
UVA SOM only: This spreadsheet is created by the Mulholland Society and it is only accessible to SOM students. If you are interested in renting a space from or finding a roommate who is a medical student, please look here. This is also a great resource for incoming students currently looking for housing.
Pinn/INOVA Housing: This spreadsheet lists available long-term housing options in Northern Virginia.
INOVA/Charlottesville Housing Exchange: This spreadsheet is different from the Pinn Housing spreadsheet in that it lists options for students interested in subletting with fellow SOM students either in NoVa or Charlottesville during an elective/rotation.
